Our pinnacle Cabernet Sauvignon is named in honour of Bill Taylor Senior, Taylors founder and visionary, whose ambition to craft wines that stand tall amongst the world's best continues to guide us today. The Taylor family were really inspired by the great wines of Bordeaux, particularly the long lived Cabernet Sauvignons. So with this in mind, Mitchell Taylor expressed a desire to his chief winemaker that Taylors craft an extraordinary wine that represented the utmost refinement of this noble grape and truly embodied his grandfather's original vision. 

Critics Rating: Visionary 2014 - Crowned the "Worlds Best Cabernet" at the Concours International des Cabernets (International Competition of Cabernets) in Lyon.
