Click & Collect

Our free Click & Collect service allows you to place an order online and pick it up from our Shop located at Southern Providore, level 2/1 James Schofield Dr, Adelaide Airport SA 5950.

Our store is open, Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm AEST (excluding public holidays).

Pickup usually ready within 12 hrs. An email confirmation will be sent to you to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

Upon collection of your order, please make sure you bring the following:

  • Valid photo id.
  • Your order number.
  • You will be required to sign for your order upon collection.

Click & Collect orders must be collected within 30 days of placing your order. After 30 days, your order will be cancelled, and we will contact you to arrange a refund for the order value.
Please contact our customer service team if you are unable to pick up your order within the 30-day timeframe.


 We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ACST (excluding public holidays). Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
We aim to deliver products to you as soon as possible but dispatch will vary according to the availability of the products and your location.

Delivery timeframes may vary and can take between 2 - 8 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.
If you are not around when the delivery is attempted, the driver will either leave your order in a safe place or a calling card will be left telling you how you can collect your order.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Friday).

Please note that we only ship within Australia. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to some locations and we will inform you using the contact details provided to us when placing your order. We can either cancel your order or arrange for delivery to an alternative address. 


We always do our best to package products appropriately to avoid any damages, however, if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit please follow our Returns Policy instructions.
