The 5th Generation wines pay tribute to founder Grant Burge, the fifth generation of the Burge family to make wine in the Barossa Valley. Colour: Deep ruby purple Nose: Mulberry, dark plums, spice and mocha. Palate: A versatile wine that can be enjoyed with food or on Its own. Rich and round with vibrancy, a generous mid palate with plenty of black fruits and spice, finishing with soft tannins. Food Matching: Bbq pork or beef ribs.
